The PTFE butterfly valves are available in two versions, i.e. fully lined PTFE butterfly valve and PTFE seat butterfly valve. Fergo also offers a PTFE-seated butterfly valve with an EPDM support ring. The application of PTFE butterfly valves is suitable for use in corrosive media such as acids, where rubber seats such as EPDM, NBR and FPM-Viton are less suitable.

The PTFE seat or lined butterfly valves are designed for use in aggressive environments. The PTFE lined butterfly valves are used in petroleum, pharmaceutical, chemical, salt, alkali, oxidiser and other industries for high and durable performance.

Fergo offers fully assembled PTFE lined butterfly valves with pneumatic and electric actuators. We also offer the automated PTFE butterfly valves with additional accessories such as solenoid valve, mounting bridge, adapters and surface mounted fittings such as position indicator, position transmitter, limit switch and positioner.
