RV110 Disc Check Valve – With Four Grounding Lugs for Maximum Safety
The RV110 Wafer Check Valve is also known as a Disc Check Valve and offers special safety features. The special characteristic of this model are the four grounding lugs, which ensure additional safety in your system.
The valve disc is connected to a pressure spring, so the RV110 closes automatically even with low pressure or backflow, thus preventing the medium from flowing back. Disc check valves are particularly suitable for clean liquids and gases.
The RV110 model is available in many material combinations and can thus be flexibly adapted and optimally adjusted to the respective application and purpose. We offer a wide range of check valves - manufactured from a wide variety of materials and in many different designs.
RV108 Disc Check Valve – Robust for Demanding Environments
The Disc Check Valve RV108 is a versatile and reliable solution for various industrial applications. It is available in nominal diameters from DN15 to DN200 and is suitable for installation between flanges up to PN16/40 and ANSI150.
The housing, the disc, and the spring are made of robust CF8M (SS316), while the seat is made of metal, which ensures high resistance and durability. The valve has a face-to-face length according to EN 558-1, Series 49, and can be used at operating temperatures from -20°C to +200°C.
The maximum operating pressure is 40 bar (from DN100 it is 25 bar). These properties make the RV108-SSMFW ideal for use in demanding environments where reliability and performance are decisive.
