Dual Plate Check Valve

The Dual Plate Check Valve is a specialised valve designed for use in piping systems between flanges according to DIN PN10/16. It is available in various nominal sizes from DN50 to DN300 and is mounted in a wafer-type housing that meets the requirements of EN 558-1, Series 16. The valve body is made of either GGG40, a ductile cast iron known for its robustness, or stainless steel, providing additional durability and resistance to corrosion. The valve discs are made of CF8M stainless steel, offering high corrosion resistance, while the shaft and spring are made of SS316 stainless steel, also known for their corrosion resistance and strength. The sealing is available in two variants: NBR, suitable for operating temperatures up to 80°C, and EPDM, suitable for temperatures up to 120°C. The maximum operating pressure is 16 bar. For additional corrosion protection, the valve is coated with a 150 µm-thick epoxy coating in RAL 5015 (sky blue).
