Minimum order value
Payment methods: advance payment and payment by invoice
Please note our minimum order value of 100,00€ (net order value). For a lower order value, we charge a handling fee of 20,00 €.

Transfer money directly to our bank account. Please use the order number as a reason for payment. Your order will be shipped only after we have received the money on our account.

Payment deadline on the invoice
You will receive an invoice from us after your order. Please transfer the total amount within 14 or 30 days to the account indicated there.

We charge the shipping and packaging costs as follows:
- Germany: Up to 25kg - EUR 16,50€
- Austria: Up to 25kg - EUR 19,50 €
- Switzerland: Up to 25 kg - EUR 30 €
- France : Up to 25kg - EUR 30 €
- Belgium: Up to 25kg - EUR 30 €
- Netherland: Up to 25kg - EUR 19,50€
For more countries: Poland, Ireland, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary, Estonia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Cyprus and other European countries, We will send you the shipping costs after receiving your order.
Outside the European countries, please send us an e-mail to find out the exact shipping costs and delivery time.

For deliveries over 25 kg, the shipping costs will be charged separately. you will receive an e-mail from us for recalculation.
For other packaging (pallet, box, lattice box, etc.) we charge according to expenditure.
