The flanged ball valve stainless steel (KH155 / KH155-F1) is the first choice for corrosive media, chemical and pharmaceutical service. The ball is manufactured from 1.4408, chrome-plated for wear resistance, with a standard TFM1600 (PTFE) seal rated for −29 °C to +175 °C. For DVGW gas installations the KH121 series in ductile iron provides the required certification. For chemically aggressive media, PFA-lined ball valves with GGG40.3 body are available.

Pneumatic and electric flanged ball valve
FERGO assembles pneumatic and electric flanged ball valves in-house — including actuator sizing, NAMUR solenoid valve, limit switch box, inductive sensor, mounting bracket and pressure testing to EN 12266-1. The fully assembled packages ship ready for installation.
A pneumatic flanged ball valve uses a quarter-turn pneumatic actuator — double-acting for process control or single-acting (spring return NC/NO) for fail-safe shut-off. An electric flanged ball valve uses the J4C multi-voltage rotary actuator (24–240V AC/DC) for remote control, timer-based switching or integration with PLC and building automation systems.
Compact flanged ball valve KH156 — up to 60% shorter
The compact flanged ball valve KH156 is an ultra-short full bore flanged ball valve in stainless steel 1.4408. With a face-to-face length of just 42 mm at DN15, 68 mm at DN50 and 88 mm at DN80, the KH156 saves up to 60% installation length compared to standard EN 558-1 Series 14. Despite its short body, the compact flanged ball valve carries TA Luft, Fire Safe, ATEX and AD2000-A4 certifications. It suits retrofit situations and tight installations where a standard-length flange-end ball valve would not fit. The KH156 is available with hand lever, pneumatic and electric actuation.

An L-port 3-way ball valve always connects two of the three ports while the third remains closed. It is ideal for diverting flow between two outlets (A→B or A→C) with a 90° turn. A T-port 3-way ball valve can connect all three ports simultaneously, enabling both mixing (two inlets → one outlet) and splitting (one inlet → two outlets). Yes. Many manual 3-way ball valves can be retrofitted with a pneumatic or electric actuator at a later stage. The requirement is an ISO 5211-compatible mounting flange on the valve. On request, our team handles actuator sizing, assembly, and delivery of the complete mounted set. Request a quote.
