Aramid flange gasket – the asbestos-free standard
The aramid flange gasket is the universal material for water, air, gases, oils and chemically neutral media. The material is fully asbestos-free and meets European requirements for drinking water contact. Approvals: DVGW, WRAS, W270 and EEL. The aramid fibre flange gasket is available from DN10 to DN300 in pressure ratings PN10 to PN40. All dimensions follow EN 1092-1/2. Operating range: −40 °C to +200 °C.
Graphite flange gasket with metal insert – for high temperatures
The graphite flange gasket with metal insert suits high temperatures, steam and media where fire protection is required. The material is also asbestos-free. Approvals: DVGW, BAM and Fire Safe. The metal insert stabilises the gasket under high surface pressures and prevents blow-out. Operating range: −200 °C to +450 °C (without steam up to +550 °C). This flange gasket is also manufactured to EN 1092-1/2 and available from DN10 to DN300 from stock.
