Please note our minimum order value of €100.00 (net order value). For orders below this value, we charge a handling fee of €20.00.
The costs for shipping and packaging within the Federal Republic of Germany will be charged as follows:
Up to 3 kg - EUR 14.50
Up to 25 kg - EUR 16.50
Switzerland
Up to 25 kg - EUR 30
Austria
Up to 25 kg - EUR 19.50
France
Up to 25kg - EUR 30
Belgium
Up to 25kg - EUR 30
For other EU countries (UK, Poland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Latvia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and more), we will send you the cost after your order. For more information, please call or email our support team with our product ID.
Shipping by DHL parcel service
For deliveries over 25 kg, shipping costs will be charged separately. You will receive an email from us with the following invoice.
Other packaging (pallets, crates, lattice boxes, etc.) is charged at cost.
NOTE: Shipping costs are not displayed in the shopping cart during checkout. You will receive two order confirmation emails with the shipping costs.
