Check Valve - None Return Valve

The Wafer Type Disc Check Valve consists of four main components: the body, a disc, a star guide and a spring. The disc check valves are opened by the pressure of the fluid and closed by a compression spring when the flow stops, preventing backflow. The wafer-type design of the spring-loaded check valves allows installation between flanges of different standards and in any position, including vertical pipelines where the liquid flows downwards.

The RV108 check valve is also commonly called a disco check valve. The valve disc is connected to a compression spring so that the RK108 closes automatically even at low pressure or backflow, thus preventing backflow of the medium. Disco check valves are particularly well suited for clean liquids and gases. The RV108 model is available in many material combinations and can thus be flexibly adapted to the respective application and purpose and optimally adjusted accordingly.

The RV110 check valve is also commonly referred to as the disco check valve. The special feature of this particular model is the four grounding lugs. The valve disc is connected to a compression spring so that the RK110 closes automatically even at low pressure or return flow, thus preventing backflow of the medium. Disco check valves are particularly well suited for clean liquids and gases. The RV110 model is available in many material combinations and can thus be flexibly adapted to the respective application and purpose and optimally adjusted accordingly.
