Non-Return Valve: Check Valve

The RV110 non-return valve is also known as the Disco non-return valve. The special feature of this model is the four earthing lugs. The valve disc is connected to a compression spring so that the RK110 closes automatically even at low pressure or return flow, thus preventing the medium from flowing back. Disco non-return valves are particularly suitable for clean liquids and gases. The model RV110 is available in many material combinations and can therefore be flexibly adapted and optimally adjusted to the respective application and purpose. The Disco check valve RV108 is a versatile and reliable solution for various industrial applications. It is available in nominal sizes DN15 to DN200 and is suitable for installation between flanges up to PN16/40 and ANSI150. The body, disc and spring are made of robust CF8M (SS316), while the seat is made of metal, which ensures high resistance and durability. The valve has an overall length in accordance with EN 558-1, series 49, and can be used at operating temperatures from -20°C to +200°C. The maximum operating pressure is 40 bar, from DN100 it is 25 bar. These features make the RV108-SSMFW ideal for use in demanding environments where reliability and performance are crucial.

The RV101 threaded non-return valve is simply screwed into the pipework and reliably prevents the medium from flowing back through the unidirectional disc valve. The RV101 is particularly suitable for use with clean gases and liquids. Thanks to the use of stainless steel and Viton, the RV101 can also be used at higher temperatures and with chemically aggressive media without any problems. An advantage of non-return valves over swing check valves that should not be underestimated is that valves can be installed in any position - both horizontally and vertically.
