What is a bellows sealed globe valve?
A bellows sealed globe valve is a straight-through valve in which a multi-layer metal bellows encloses the stem and is welded to both stem and bonnet. This metal bellows as a stem seal forms a continuous, leak-free barrier to the atmosphere. A downstream safety gland packing acts as the second sealing level.
