FPM (fluororubber, also known as Viton) is a favoured sealing material for demanding applications in non-return valves due to its high resistance to aggressive chemicals, high temperatures and various oils and fuels. It is frequently used in chemical and petrochemical plants, in the food and beverage industry and in the pharmaceutical industry.
