Suitable for acids, alkalis, solvents and many oxidising agents, plus high-purity applications in chemical, pharma and food industries. Less suitable for highly abrasive solids/slurries and continuous temperatures above the PTFE limit. Check your medium first in the resistance tool.
Fergo supplies the following GESTRA steam trap series from stock:
- BK Series (Bimetallic Steam Traps) – for low-pressure steam, trace heating, and return lines; robust bimetallic design, low maintenance requirement
- MK Series (Float Steam Traps) – for continuous condensate discharge at medium to high pressure; high capacity, minimal steam loss
- UNA Series (Thermodynamic Steam Traps) – compact disc design for high-pressure steam up to 250 bar; suitable for superheated steam and process steam lines

Fergo stocks rubber expansion joints from DN25 to DN500, covering both small building installations and large industrial pipelines. Standard versions are rated for PN10 and PN16, meeting the most common requirements in heating, air conditioning, cooling water, and water supply systems. Both flanged connections to EN 1092-1 and socket connections are available, allowing flexible and quick installation in the pipeline.
