The shut-off valve has a female threaded connection in accordance with DIN EN 10226-1 (ISO 7/1). The valve body and ball are made of stainless steel (material no.: 1.4408) and the shaft is made of stainless steel (material no.-1.4401). Full bore with PTFE seal. TA-Luft approval, Fire-safe design, antistatic design, silicone-free, LABS conformity as per VDMA 24364. Actuated by a single-acting pneumatic actuator (spring force closing/normally closed). Note: The pneumatic actuator is sized for a control pressure of 6 bar.

DP32001 3/2-way throttle plate allows for precise adjustment of the opening and closing speed of single-acting pneumatic actuators. These double-block throttles are installed between the single-acting actuator and the 3/2-way pilot valve. Adjustment is done using screwdriver available on both sides. With NAMUR 1/4" interface, connection Ø 5 mm, max. flow rate 650 l/min and operating pressure from 0.5 to 10 bar. Supplied with mounting screws.
